About Me


Hello! I’m Bethany Rose, founder of Rose’s Roots. I’ve worked across a variety of sectors supporting children, young people, and adults - including children’s homes, schools, and most recently, running a 5-star private swim school for ten years. Throughout all my experiences, I’ve been able to connect with every individual I work with, even in the most challenging circumstances.

Building trust and connection allows young people not only to engage and try new things but also to discover parts of themselves they never realised before; their talents, passions, and true thoughts. My work is grounded in nurturing these connections with care, empathy, and patience, so each young person can grow with confidence, independence, and resilience.

My Service

At Rose’s Roots, I provide a premium personal advisor service for young people in care and care leavers. I understand that frequent changes can make it hard to form lasting attachments, so I offer a steady, reliable presence that complements the support they already receive.
Rose’s Roots is designed to provide consistent support not only during care but through the transition into independence. I remain a trusted figure in the young person’s life even after they leave placement, bridging the gap to ensure continuity
My approach goes beyond ticking boxes or following a checklist. I aim to work closely with each young person to support their preparation for adult life while helping them explore their strengths, passions, and highest potential. Through tailored guidance and consistent support, the goal is to help them navigate daily life, take on challenges, and thrive-not just survive-as they bloom into their fullest selves.
